Twili's Duosion Astrid Holding onto the ball seals that appeared from her pokeball by using Psychic. This technique is used for both Contest Appeal and Battle. Used to hurl at her opponents offensively, and used as a mini shield when she's on the defensive. She can hold the ball seals with Psychic for a good amount of time unless hit very hard.
This combination of appeal and power has won Twili a couple of Pokemon Contest back in Sinnoh~
